My all-time favourite place to eat sushi is in Sooke onboard an 80-foot ship moored in the Sooke Harbour. The food is fresh, fresh, fresh. Chef Kari makes a mean spicy tuna and Capt Ralph tells great stories. On Friday and Saturday evenings there are two sittings, at 6:00 and 8:00. Make reservations in the summer because the place fills up fast. (collapse)
